Our bookstore is named in memory of Archimandrite Vladimir (+1988) of the Holy Trinity
Monastery. His love, compassion and generosity enveloped those he met; welcoming them with his smiling
eyes and sweet treats for children. Memory Eternal !
The bookstore is located in the Russian Orthodox Community Center. The bookstore
is opened during coffee hour and by appointment. Tania Taylor (399-1183) is the Manager.
St. Vladimir's carries church books and greeting cards in English and Russian, icons, crosses, church
calendars, and more.

The passages and selected readings are noted for each day of the Great Lenten period,
underscoring the significance of each day. Each day of the 40 day period
has a special meaning and purpose. Thus each daily reading contains
Holy Father's teachings,explanations, essays and homilies associated with that particular day.
Also the book contains readings for the Great Lent Sundays as well as the Feast Days
that sometime are incorporated into the Great Lenten Season.

Our parish sisterhood has created this wonderful cookbook
in order to raise some additional funds for the care of the church.
The book contains various traditional
Russian and other recipes both for lenten and non-lenten food contibuted by our parishoners.
The book is made of six sections: Appetizers, Breads and Rolls, Cakes and Cookies,
Desserts, Main Dishes, and Vegetables. The price is $13.00.
